「We loved our stay, especially the staff! Lola, Sharlene, Emma & all the others were great. I feel like I’ve known Lola forever! She was so kind and helpful! The food was great & our room was good. 1 problem: Our TV didn’t work Friday night or Saturday morning. We’re big sport’s fans, that was draft night & basketball play offs. Not good! 「Overall the room was comfortable but is in desperate need of repairs/renovations. We had a whirlpool suite that needed repairs to the tub and shower. The shower nozzel shot water everywhere but where it needed to go. Our window leaked when it rained. Also we only had one remote for two tvs. The staff was amazing and accommodating. 」

The night before our arrival I had called and inquired about adjoining rooms for my parents and I so that they could help with our little one; Cassundra graciously took the time and came up a solution for us. After our check in, she quickly inquired to ensure that we were given a crib, which hadn’t been, and she, within minutes, delivered one herself.
