「When I checked in, the front desk gave me a room on the first floor. I told her, can I stay higher floor? And I want a relatively quiet room because I need to stay in this hotel for a week. As a result, the expression on the front desk was very unhappy. At the beginning, it said that our rooms were full. 「We enjoyed our stay overall. We really appreciated that the hot tub was open, clean, and a nice place to relax. The pool area, however, could have used some extra attention as it seemed a little dirty. 「The toilet seat was broken and hurt my bottom! The bed was only a mattress - no boxspring - so it wasn't comfortable. The pillows were small and very flat so I had to stack two together to get any comfort. It was hard to find the correct room because of long hallways and very few signs. There was construction out front so front entrance was blocked off. Also, the right side of the hotel was blocked off so we had to drive around the back to park close to our room. I don't want to stay here again!」
