Room was clean and fresh, staff was courteous. I didnt like their breakfast, coffee machine was broken and we were waiting until staff came and mentioned that he had filled coffee in decaf jar. Lady on the front desk had no idea on what’s available for breakfast and what’s not (probably not her area of work) but things could have been better. Place is non smoking but people were smoking right outside the entrance and that was very uncomfortable. Other point to note is this property is attached to residential community so you will see lot of people and I saw police came to front desk to check someone. My stay was ok but next time I will check some other place.

The room was clean and the water in the shower gets hot enough. However, the bed in Room 146 needs a new mattress. The room isn't very comfortable.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The hotel is generally good. The hallways smelled bad, and the breakfast was very basic—the next day there wasn't even any juice, just coffee, bread, waffles, and milk, so don't expect much from the breakfast... The bathroom was dirty, specifically the shower walls... I would only stay at this hotel again if I had no other option. Polite cleaning staff; reception staff are not pleasant. Parking ok
