Our room was a suite and there was a wall between the 2 queen beds which we really liked. The floor boards were super noisy and there was a lot of noise from hallway and other rooms. The bathroom floor had spots around the toilet. Like pee. And there was other dirt. Gross.

The ac was a little weak turned it down to 60. Also I requested a room close to the Access points. I got one on top level as far away as possible, since I cant hardly walk it was rough. The room was fine though.

The room had a terrible smell when you open the refrigerator it smelled like dead fish, on the website it showed rooms without a divider and got there it was a divider which made it harder for one side to see the tv it offered a pool that wasn’t working they said it was under construction, I was very disappointed, at asked for a room without the divider they said the only ones they had they where on the third floor and they wasn’t ready it was three in the afternoon and it would take another 2-3 hours

The room was clean but old. The bathroom was small. The floors creaked, we noticed like a mold smell! The attendants were nice but the place had structural damage. Elicit behavior seen and heard but the staff ran them off.

They did honor my request and put us on the first floor. The first two nights were not bad, but the third night, all you could hear was slamming doors and people yelling the entire night. It is definitely not a soundproof room! They were doing construction so hopefully it gets cleaned up and looks better than it did.
