「The bed was uncomfortable and the AC blew warm air, even at 66°. When the front desk clerk checked on it, they said it was working fine. I believe the electricity being out localling and the immediate increase in guests affected the efficiency of our AC, due to the increase of guests (especially with children) we were not able to enjoy the pool or hot tub . It was due to unfortunate weather around the afea, not the hotel. 」

「When I checked in, the front desk gave me a room on the first floor. I told her, can I stay higher floor? And I want a relatively quiet room because I need to stay in this hotel for a week. As a result, the expression on the front desk was very unhappy. At the beginning, it said that our rooms were full. After thinking about it, She still changed the room, but I changed to a room with a poor environment and close to the ice machine. So I want to give this hotel a bad review」

「The front desk staff and our waitress at the hotel restaurant (dinner) were friendly and helpful and patiently answered any questions that we had. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The only thing missing was a blanket, which we got from the front desk when we got cold during the night. I appreciated the magnified makeup mirror in the bathroom! 」

「我们两人是出差住的此酒店，位置就在当地一所大学的校区旁边。出行交通比较便利，酒店房间也还算干净和宽敞明亮，也有免费的早餐和无线网络，这点比较满意。反正性价比算高。」

「I pay at the hotel, but I didn't get the receipt.Hotel Reception told me ask Hotels.com, but I can't find where can download it . and I book one kingsize bed room,but she give me 2 beds room. and she said they don't have that time.」
