「I about panicked when, while I was checking in, the man behind the desk said, "I don't find a reservation for you." Then he said, "Oh, I am on the wrong page." (Whew!) When I got to my room on the 6th floor, my key didn't work, so I had to carry my luggage back down to the desk to had new key cards made. 「When I checked in, the front desk gave me a room on the first floor. I told her, can I stay higher floor? And I want a relatively quiet room because I need to stay in this hotel for a week. As a result, the expression on the front desk was very unhappy. At the beginning, it said that our rooms were full. After thinking about it, She still changed the room, but I changed to a room with a poor environment and close to the ice machine. So I want to give this hotel a bad review」
