「AMAZING BREAKFAST! THEY HAVE OMLET ON DEMAND. DELICIOUS! Room was clean and great space for big groups. My only complaint and disappointment is that, because we were a big group we did use the sofa bed and it was a big disappointment. The mattress was super thin and it was leaning back, so we had sleep where the feet goes. And this line of hotel I would have expected better quality.」

「Great location, but major cleaning issues While the staff was friendly and the location is convenient, I can’t overlook the fact that there were bugs in the lobby and inside my room. It made the entire hotel feel unkempt and poorly maintained. I really wanted to like this place, but I won't be returning until I’m sure the pest issues are resolved.」

「Breakfast selection was adequate at best. VERY basic. Room was clean, just wish the a/c unit was better placed. Window seat over the unit made it extreme difficult to operate (there was no wall unit to make adjustments) and there was minimal room between the unit and the bed. Would have been nice to have had coffee for the room also. Check in evening staff, the young lady was very nice. 」

「The entire hotel was under construction. First room they put us in was a nightmare. No power in room, phone fell apart, mold on lamp shades. The next room they put us in had no tv but they did fix it after a few hours. Keys didn’t work several times through out our stay. Would never go there again. 」

「I know you get what you pay for however my room was not very clean. Crumbs were on the floor and half of the lights didn't work. Luckily it was a nice day and I was on the 2nd floor so I opened my blinds. The light / fan fixture in the bathroom was missing it's cover, exposing the wires and bulb and the spa tub looked like it was there since the 1970's. The finish was worn out and the jets did not look very clean. Needless to say I didn't use it! I didn't stay for breakfast so I can't...

「The pool was filthy and doesn’t look nothing like the picture and the staff texts me at 8:00 in the morning and asked when I was leaving even though checkout wasn’t till 11 」

「Parking was easy..the staff was nice...i had one of the jetted tub rooms, but not informed that the switch was across the room...i had to call the front desk to find that out...then in the side drain of the tub still had hair in it from the previous stay...then at 8 am someone opened the room..no knocking it woke me up」
