「The first room they put us in smelled like cigarettes and this was a non-smoking property. The bed linens were dirty and the floor needed to be swept. They gave us another room on a different floor. That room was much better but the floor still looked like it hadn’t been swept for a while.」

「We were only there for one night for a concert but it was very clean (and I am very picky about cleanliness)! As soon as I walked in, I could smell that it was just cleaned. 「Louie greeted me upon my arrival and gave me a rundown of the property. He was friendly and answered all my questions. He even showed me so much of his art collection! Louie is a wonderful host. I would've loved to talk to him more. I only stayed one night since I was just passing through Akron. I have added The Berrodin Bed & Breakfast to my list of good stops!!」
