I dont usually leave a bad review. The hotel was not good. It was obvious the sheets and comforter were not washed. They smelled like body odor. They were also stained and distressed. The bathroom was not clean. There was a lot of hair stuck to the shower walls. The soap dispenser was empty and broke. It appears they just refold the towels and put them back on the rack. We found two cellophane wrappers under the matress that clearly contained drugs. The front desk staff were friendly and can only do so much.

The jetted tub was so filthy I didn’t even take a shower. Other parts of room were updated, nice and clean. Also, lots of noise and loud people walking the halls late at night. Won’t be back.

Great staff hotel ok

Great staff at checkin. Hard beds, soft nice pillows. Ceiling peeling. Bathroom upkeep not good even though it was clean. So not complaining about housekeeping. Breakfast meh. Coffee ick. Perfectly acceptable for a night. Not a vacation destination.

Meh…

The people were nice. Hotel is super outdated. It is a Baymont and a Super 8 connected together; with a marquee that reads “NEWLY UPDATED ROOMS” Not even close. I didn't take pictures because we left at 5:00. There was mold around the grout of the tub. We both woke up around 4:30 am to pounding headaches; presumably from the mold and decided to leave. We went out to smoke before packing and leaving and when we came back in we saw a cockroach. Lesson learned. We will not be back.

Front desk agent was outstanding. Room was clean an comfortable. The guests above the room were so noisy it was hard to sleep. This was a problem as I was driving 8 hours the following day and had driven 8 hrs before I arrived.
