Absolutely disgusting and terrible attitude from the staff. (fresh brown smears on blankets, blood on bathroom light switch, mold in tub, public hairs in the bed and all over toilet seat. And we checked two separate rooms, 2nd was no better.) We left. Told the receptionist the issues and tried to show her pictures of what we found and she said "I already said I'll handle it I don't want to see your pictures" You'd be better off, and cleaner, sleeping on the parking lot itself.

The pictures for the rooms and the hotel online looked better than what we experienced. When we arrived there was a homeless encampment in the one side of the parking lot and we also found that our window for the bottom level floor would not lock properly, potentially leaving a chance of someone easily gaining access to the room from the outside.

The cleaning was terrible, the toilet was full of everything, dirty beds, cockroaches. We changed rooms, and I don't know which one was worse. We only stayed one night because we needed a place to stay. We were traveling with children, and it was midnight, and our reservation at another hotel had been canceled. This was the only one available in the area.

The table and floor were not even cleaned, they had something sticky on them.

The room was not clean and there was a pair of someone’s dirty underwear on the floor in our room when we got there.

The room was not clean and was run down. The bathtub was dirty, the shampoo and conditioner bottles were dirty. Our first room had an ac leak and they did kindly and promptly give us a new room, but it wasn't the cleanest place. We all had to wear slides in the shower.

I got a room with Jets in it. The Jets were extremely filthy so I didn’t take a bath. The bathtub was dirty.

I've frequented this hotel several times when I travel to Ohio and have always enjoyed my stay. The front desk attendant was also kind enough to give me a bagel and coffee after breakfast had ended. Would definitely recommend staying and the prices were very reasonable! Thanks again and see you all nexr year! 💛

The only thing I can say was ok was the cleanliness of the bed. The check in process was slow-an employee sitting at the dining area put up their finger to insinuate waiting. A few minutes later someone came to check us in. They gave us our room key and motioned to where our room was. It was a maze to get to our room. Once we finally found our room, I immediately noticed two filled trash bins that hadn’t been taken out, there was a quarter roll of toilet paper with no spare rolls, the bath tub looked like it had paint spilled everywhere in it, paint splatters on the floor and the toilet was leaking. We were very disappointed.

Random light in the room not plugged in or in a space

Sink was dirty and didn’t drain correctly

Only roll of toilet paper in the bathroom-this was the amount of toilet paper on the roll when we got into the room

Bath tub had a hole in it that I cut my toe on. Wall had water damage and cracks in it. Towels look and felt like my old dogs play towel. Terrible experience. Wish I could put photos on here
