"The place was beautiful. So neat and clean. The staff, overall was great, however, the server at the restaurant was alone, so she was a little overwhelmed, but, as I said, she was by herself, so she was working her butt off. "

"I don’t like the breakfast nothing to eat they need more items to put it.rooms are big and precious but noisy at night cause right beside the highway .i probably skip this hotel next time I prefer Marriott hotels "

"The bed was uncomfortable and the AC blew warm air, even at 66°. When the front desk clerk checked on it, they said it was working fine. I believe the electricity being out localling and the immediate increase in guests affected the efficiency of our AC, due to the increase of guests (especially with children) we were not able to enjoy the pool or hot tub . It was due to unfortunate weather around the afea, not the hotel. "

"There are pros and cons with this property. We came on a Saturday night after we had lost power the night before. Planned to use the pool, there is a weird reservation system that they use after 5PM. I've traveled all over the country and have never encountered something like this. However, I'm sure it is in place for a reason. We decided to swim in the morning after breakfast, pool was closed. The highlight of our stay was certainly the breakfast. The gentlemen running the omelet station were wonderful, and very attentive with good customer service. The offerings were generous for a "free" breakfast. Scrambled eggs, hash browns, bacon, sausage, grits. Pastries, dry cereal, waffle maker, yogurts, and fruit. My main concern was with the customer service of front desk and the on site restaurant. I called down to the front desk 3 times in the evening to ask if linens could be brought up to our room for the pull out bed. Each time, the phone was answered and then hung back up. My husband ended up going down to get them. If you know you will need them, just ask for them at check in. Additionally, I called the on-site restaurant twice to try to order room service and had the same encounter. Rang, and hung up on. Not even a "I'm helping another customer, can you hold please?". The room was clean enough, there were certainly some maintenance things that were not up to par. There were tile that were being held on by masking tape near the mini fridge, but overall not horrible."

"Room was nasty smelling and looking but “clean.” The staff was not receptive to my issues during the blackout. There was no pool or gym like the website said had. There was no breakfast just a brew of bad coffee"

"no towels available at the pool.. they had not been restocked. otherwise I have no complaints"

"Even though we booked through Expedia a warning that they had no power would have been nice so we were not scrambling to find another hotel. Staff laughed it off and said we could sleep in the cold dark rooms until power was eventually restored. Not very professional about the situation. This is a shame as we have stayed there before and thoroughly enjoyed it, but now we will never stay there again and hopefully more prospective patrons will follow suit."

"Hotels common areas were very clean with the exception of the pool area. On Saturday evening the pool area and lots of towels laying all over the floor with pooled up water on the sides. Granted the pool are was very overcrowded and never saw staff except to bring in more requested towels."
