「Das Zimmer war sauber, schön eingerichtet und mit viel Stauraum und Schränken. Das Bett war absolut bequem. Das Personal war überwiegend freundlich. Parken meiner Meinung nach zu teuer. Einziges Problem: die Glasfront im Zimmer erhitze den Raum unheimlich und die Klimaanlage konnte den Raum nicht kühlen.」

Loved walking everywhere within 15-20 minutes to shop, eat and sightseeing. Our room was comfortable and nice, although there were items that needed repair and maintenance. 「Een net kleinschalig hotel, centraal in Kadıköy en dicht bij de ferry. Zeer behulpzaam personeel. Vooral Ahmet en Murat stellen alles in het werk om je te helpen. Onze eerste Kamer was niet naar verwachtingen en we kregen onmiddellijk, zonder discussiëren, een andere (upgrade) kamer. We maakten gebruik van de massage service en de hammam en ook dit was buiten alle verwachtingen. De 2 dames deden dit super goed. 」

「Most of the staff is good and friendly, but one lady staff at reception seemed to be racism, friendly to others, but not to Asian people. One matress in our room was damaged, too soft, not firm enough, realized this problem after 3 nights sleep wake up with painful back, reported to the hotel and they said they changed the matress while we were out, but still not so comfortable matress. Overall this is a good hotel.」
