I enjoyed my time at this hotel, and would return use them again. They were easy to communicate with when I had an issue and offered options to resolve my issue. Clean room and clean bathroom - which is very important for my positive experience. Thanks.

Very good location, but quite basic hotel. There is many places with breakfast included for better price. The hotel lobby was under construction because of a renovation. The hotel room was clean and ok, but the window door didn't close fully so there was a bit cold. There was also some pipes making loud noises. During check in I didn't get any info that the sauna area is for extra cost. Before I was going there in the evening they told me that it's 2500 TL (65e!!). Well obviously I looked shocked of the ripoff price and then he told that he can make it 1500 TL (40e) for me. I just went back up and showered in my room... In general the staff was nice though.

Checked in and once in the room realized I was not given the room we reserved. Upon checking with the front desk they then confirmed they gave our room away the day before. It was offered to cancel or move to a bigger room the next night of our stay. It was later in the evening so took the offer of the larger room the next night. The original room the AC worked but not properly, flooring was coming up, and the large sofa bed was only a chair. The 2nd night with a larger room there were ants all over, AC did not work, no window in the room, broken shower head, hole in the wall, food from previous guests was still there, dirty towels, missing/broken towel rack/hooks, and the electrical panel outside the room clicked very loudly all night and couldn’t sleep. Location of the hotel was fine but nothing else felt honest or positive.
