The room smells to cigarettes smoke. Breakfast is decent. To park, have to find out for your self at extra charge depending on the parking spot. If not local, it’s not easy to drive around

The location was good :) The staff were pleasant and kind and hard working. however the hotel is nowhere near what a normal 3 star hotel is. Maybe 1.5? The furniture is old and falling apart, the little couches are stained and had cigarette burns all over. Windy stairs and no elevator. The two rooms we rented were very small. The bathrooms are airplane sized and had an odd bad odor emanating from them constantly, oh and I guess this is a smoking hotel ? To add to the bad odors and restless nights. I’m sorry to be so negative but I had no clue that’s the state of this hotel. The other reviewers seem to be sugar coating the truth. If it wasn’t for our heavy luggages we would’ve switched hotels but we were already tired so we stayed the two nights we paid for.

Das Hotel befindet sich mitten im historischen, pulsierenden Teil von Kadıköy. Alles in unmittelbarer Nähe. Trotzdem ruhig. Das Gebäude ist 5 stöckig. Hat keinen Fahrstuhl. Alles in Mini-Format. Sehr sauber, aber etwas renovationsbedürftig. Das Personal sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich, unkompliziert. Sehr empfehlenswert für fitte Leute mit nicht allzu schwerem Gepäck.

Great stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance, and the ferry station is only about 10 minutes away, making it easy to explore the city. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower had good pressure and temperature. The cleaner did a great job daily. Breakfast had good options (7am–11:30am). WiFi worked great, strong signal throughout the hotel. All staff were friendly and helpful, hospitality and service were excellent. A minor issue is that the toilet and sink are quite close together, which can be tricky for taller people. My room was on the 4th floor with a sea view. There is some street noise on Friday and Saturday nights, but it didn’t bother me as a deep sleeper. Overall, a great central hotel and highly recommended.

I love that this hotel is in the middle of everything - cafes, restaurants, markets, shops and more. The price is just right for a single room. The hotel employees are very nice and super helpful!! (Note: they don’t have elevators though, but it’s ok :) )

The location is excellent in the area of Istanbul we wanted to stay. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a buffet style, more than adequate and interesting. When the room we were offered seemed smaller than expected, we were offered a suite at no extra cost. People with mobility issues should be aware that, while the property has a lovely staircase, there is no lift and there are 5 floors. Don’t worry about your bags. Your arrival is detected remotely and there are many hands to get it to your room. This is a traditional property within a very lively and interesting part of town. We were not disturbed by noise, but I am not sure if there are rooms with views of the river.

Hotel locates in a great place, the staff are courtesy, friendly and helpful. Especial Thanks I would like say to the hotel's owner! His hospitality is beyond all praises. Breakfast was nice balanced for starting the day with full of energy for Istanbul adventure. Great thanks for the room and the great view. Every evening return to the hotel was a continue of impression Istanbul feelings. This is unique Hotel in Kadikoy.
