「The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the check-in process, making our arrival quick and easy. The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk to the beach, which was very convenient. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the spa was a wonderful bonus that made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend staying here.」

「The service attitude of the reception staffs was appalling. There were ants in the room and some bed bugs on our bed. They have no electric wall sockets for boiling water. Expect their guests to boil their water next to their beds or in the toilets. Their technician had to bring us an extension cord to share with the nearby tv wall plug. Outrageous!」
