The stay was perfect in every way. We stayed two nights. We arrived late, the receptionist gave us a brilliant recommendation for a local restaurant for dinner and we loved it so much we went back a week later after staying in Pollenca! Room was lovely and clean. Breakfast was ample and served in a lovely setting. Beautiful hotel all round.

Tolles modernes Hotel mit schönem Styling aber die Lage bzw. Umgebung ist nicht die beste und schönste von Palma und trägt nicht zum Wohlfühlfaktor bei. Außerdem sind die Zimmer recht hellhörig.

We loved the boutique feel of this hotel - stylish and thoughtfully designed with a lot of charm. While the immediate surrounding area isn’t the most scenic, it’s within walking distance to the city centre, which made getting around easy. We were a little disappointed with the room. From the photos, it looked like the larger rooms were featured, so we hadn’t realised just how compact ours would be. The open-plan layout, with the bathroom flowing into the bedroom, wasn’t quite to our taste either. On a positive note, the rooftop area with the plunge pool was a real highlight - perfect for cooling off and relaxing. It would have been even better with a drink service up there, as you currently need to go down to the bar on the ground floor to order and bring drinks up yourself. Breakfast was lovely - we especially enjoyed sitting in the small courtyard with a coffee each morning. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and good value for the price we paid, but we don’t think we’d be in a hurry to return.

The hotel was fantastic - within 10 minutes of the airport but located just outside the hustle of Palma City centre. It was close enough (15-30 minute walk) of all restaurants, bars and attractions. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful throughout our stay. Would highly recommend.

Very pleasant and competent staff. Room was quite small, one of the lamps didn’t work, and the window in the bathroom was broken. The ‘terrace’ was shared space of the restaurant.

The staff were great we needed facilities such as a microwave in which they kindly warmed up our food. We got given recommendations on where to eat and the best beaches near us. There are 2 cons I would say is that the remote had a very slow response time with the tv, it would take several clicks of a button to move somewhere on the tv screen! The pool was closed due to maintenance .Would highly recommend.

Fabulous stay! Great hotel well situated to walk into the historical centre. Good transport links, plenty of places to eat nearby. Beautiful big room, comfy bed, large bathroom and great shower. Breakfast was very good in the connected bar. Staff friendly and helpful. Couldn't fault anything and would happily return here again. Thank you for a great stay.

Sehr nettes Personal an der Rezeption und auch im anliegenden Restaurant für das Frühstück. Das Frühstück war für 4 Tage ausreichend abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Man kann täglich zwischen 2 der 4 Optionen wählen, manchmal hatte ich noch Appetit auf eine 3. Option. Immer dazu gibt es frischen Orangensaft, Joghurt mit Früchten und Kaffee oder Tee, ein 2. Kaffee hätte mich manchmal gefreut. Aber so wird wenigstens nichts weggeworfen und man überfrisst sich nicht schon am Morgen. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und sauber. Die Matratze empfand ich zu weich, habe mich dann quer gelegt, da schlief es sich besser. Das Hotel liegt fußläufig zur Altstadt, dem großen Busbahnhof, Flughafenbus und den Stadtbussen. Nachts ist es durch die Lage an der Straße Recht laut. Ich würde es wieder buchen und empfehle es gerne weiter.
