「Nice roof top pool area and great gym. Unit had no hot water and took 2 1/2 days to remedy the issue with moving us to a new room. Free breakfast was given but did not make up the inconvenience of no shower for the first two days and the time it took us to move rooms」

「Super tranquila nuestra estancia, muy segura y controlado el acceso, limpieza, instalaciones y equipamiento de la cocina suficiente para que prepares comida. La zona de alberca muy agradable y cuenta con elevador. Se encuentra relativamente 3 supermercados y estás a 2 calles del centro donde hay varios negocios de comida, telefonía, ropa, lavanderías. No tiene estacionamiento pero dejas el auto frente a los apartamentos, sin problema de espacio.」

「Great service. Place clean but needs a deep clean. Microwave need to be situated somewhere else. Safe needs to be fixed. Rug has to go. No need in a warm place like Playa. It would be better if the occupier can create their own entry code. Also, you should provide free access to the main entrance. Thank you!」

「Warning! Don’t book this place. My reservation got cancelled on the day I was scheduled to check in. The listing states that I will get instructions by email 48 hours before check in. I didn’t get any email and I got anxious when I didn’t get any instructions. I noticed the contact number provided was INVALID. The number was listed us 55555, a fake number. This host obviously doesn’t want anyone to call him/her for information/confirmation/questions. In the afternoon of the day, I got a message...

「Close to restaurants and groceries and kitchen is fully stocked for make at home meals. Felt safe in the area. Close to beach. The room was clean and had a small table and chairs for sitting outside. I wouldn’t pay extra for the “ocean view.” The rooftop pool area could have been cleaned more often but it’s a nice area with a bbq if wanted. 」

「The property is beautiful. Check-in was quite easy. The condo was very clean and had everything we need. The bed was very comfortable. My only minor complaint was the cooking utensils could have been a little better. The frying pans were warped, and there was no proper fry turner. If you are not cooking, you will have no issues.」
