The staff? Beyond exceptional—so attentive, so warm, truly over the top in the best way. And the aesthetic and atmosphere? Absolutely stunning… it felt like a dream the entire time. I loved everything about this place and this trip. If I could relive it over and over again, I would without hesitation."

"Excellent resort, staff were amazing and food was fantastic. Rooms are huge and well maintained. Cabana rental worth the $100. Only downside would be the beach, very small and shallow. Seaweed was an issue during our stay, but to no fault of the Hotel. Staff and locals raking all day to no avail."

"This was the perfect resort. So many activities for all age levels. Kids had so much to do and so many pools to choose from. Food was fantastic and always available from the restaurants to the buffet to the coffee shop and little lunch places throughout the resort. I would suggest getting the privileged level access as it opens up one to two more pools depending on age (there is one adult only pool) and also gives preference for booking the restaurants. The beach was also fantastic and clean and no one harassing you to buy anything. They do have people out on the beach to offer pictures, massage, braids etc but they don’t continue to ask if you say no. Service was fantastic. Every staff member we encountered was so helpful and friendly. Would definitely return to this specific resort as well as consider the hotel brand in new places as well."

"A great hotel with great staff! Food at the buffets was delicious with a good variety. The staff also make the Majestic Elegance an amazing hotel to stay at. Special thanks to the animation team for the fun, entertaining events that they work so hard on putting together. Krystel from guest services looked after us during our stay with check ins every day to see if we needed anything and provided us the list of events for the day. Pao and Mana from the animation team taught us some Spanish and were very friendly. The bartenders were also fantastic with the drinks they made. My family and I will be back. "

"Resort was beautiful and well maintained. Staff was amazing! Food was the best we've had an any all-inclusive. The beach had soft sand and amazing waves. The only con was the chair set up on the non-Inspira beach. They need more palapas! The two rows of front row chairs are way too close for comfort with other guests, and were never full. It would be be better to get rid of those there and add palapas! "
