"My stay was very good. All staff was friendly. I also enjoyed the food more than other resorts in Mexico. There was also a wide variety of entertainment and activities. My only negative review is that the pool with all the main events is located in the middle of all the "deluxe" rooms. It is very loud in your room from 11 am - 6 pm every day. I wish I would have known this ahead of time. I greatly enjoyed using the sister resort next door as well, which had GREAT food. I would stay here again. "

"Flies kept flying around in the buffet restaurant. The swimming pool is clean, and the slides are fun. There are many events, and the nightly parties and events create noise. It’s not a suitable place for a quiet vacation. The room is too small for a family of four."

"Food was good, staff was friendly. Front desk wasn’t friendly and nice. We had cockroach in first room on the main floor, than we were moved to the other room on the second floor and no cockroach there, but at the end of our stay we were offered to moved to a better room but on the first floor again. We lived on this upgrade room for 5 days with little tenants again. Definitely cockroaches is the issue in this hotel "
