「Front desk staff was friendly helped me with my bags , he explained everything about the room and also gave us information about restaurants near . He was very friendly we enjoyed our stay」

The resort “upgraded” our family to a different room, but it was only designed to accommodate two guests, even though I had specifically booked and paid for a room for three (two adults and one child). The staff seemed surprised that there were three of us, which was confusing since that information was included in my reservation. Thankfully, the king sized bed was large enough for all of us.
