It’s a small town where people usually just go by. But the hotel is one of the best in the area. We enjoyed our stay and they have a restaurant right there. Very convenient since not a lot of places offer meals around.

Very nice property, the beach appears to be abandoned by the hotel and it’s very inconvenient to get to Centro with at times taxis refusing service to return guests later in the evening. Would be helpful if the hotel ran its own shuttle service to Centro and return at certain hours. Rating reflects the experience accurately.

Great place to regroup before or after Isla Holbox

Hotel Pelicano went above and beyond to accommodate me. I arrived very late and Umberto was waiting for me and greeted me with a smile. Very helpful and friendly even though it was late at night. Very much appreciated after a long and stressful journey. The room was spacious & clean, bed comfortable and shower great. Thank you!

Good customer service but no TV in the room (they want to charge you extra for a TV) Housekeeping opened my door at 8 am and by 9 am they were knocking on my door to do housekeeping (check out was until noon, no reason why they needed to bother the customer that early )

If you are looking for a nice place to stay near holbox ferry/ADO I think this is a great option in the event you don’t want to stay on Holbox Island. The place is safe, cute and clean. People who work there are very helpful. The only thing I wasnt a fan of was all the stones in the shower lol it was meant to be decorative but made using the bathroom/shower uncomfortable and awkward. Maybe bring some water shoes to use in the shower 😅 lol. Also this adorable tiny town is cash only and there is one atm for the whole town located in this hotel and if its broken like it was when I was there its a pain so just bring cash if you wanna eat in the restaurant/in town or go to the store etc. Go for a nice nite walk in town, pet a dog and meet the friendly locals 😊highly recommend

Nous sommes arrivés plus tard que l’horaire indiqué par par l’hôtel, nous avons échangé sur watsap pour prévenir de ce retard. Une personne nous a attendu et installé dans notre chambre. Très aimable. L’hôtel est très bien situé pour prendre le bateau pour Holbox et se stationner pour Holbox. La piscine ne correspond pas aux images de la photo, elle est toute petite.De toute façon pas le temps.

Cuando entramos en la habitación encontramos dos cucarachas. Una viva correteando y otra muerta debajo de la cama. El alojamiento no tiene parking, por lo que debes dejarlo el coche en un estacionamiento de pago. De todas formas, tampoco hay mucho donde elegir en el pueblo.
