This hotel is modern, very clean, and well maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and our room was beautiful and very comfortable. We paid extra for an ocean view, but unfortunately large trees blocked most of the view. The restaurant was fine, and the complimentary breakfast was good but fairly basic (eggs, chilaquiles, fruit, vegetables, bread, pastries, and ham and cheese for paninis). The beach was absolutely amazing and just steps from the hotel, and the pools were nice and never crowded—though a bit cold. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of downtown, where you’ll find great food and lively bars.

The staff were all amazing! Julieta went above and beyond, even before our arrival, to help us book transportation to the island, golf carts, and dinner reservations for Christmas. And although she was off site, continued to check in throughout our stay to see if we needed anything. The staff at the front desk were exceptional also. And the staff at the restaurant all worked very (very) hard to make sure that the breakfast buffet was always fresh and continuously replenished. They were a great team with a great leader who worked equally as hard! The rooms were very clean and each day they gave us a couple bottles of water. Everyday they raked the beach, swept by the pool, and mopped the sidewalk tiles. Prior to our arrival I read some really alarming reviews that made me doubt our choice of hotels. Unsure if some of these are meant for their other resort, The Blue, which is close-by? So although I often think that nothing is perfect, our stay at My Blue came really close!

El personal del Hotel fue muy amable, atentos y nos brindaron varias recomendaciones de lo que podíamos hacer en la isla. El equipo de meseros excelente servicio, en especial Carlos. La comida muy rica. El Hotel esta muy lindo solo mejoraría poner calefacción en las albercas y cambiar las almohadas. Las habitaciones tienen mucho potencial así que creo que con algunos detalles de decoración estarían increíbles. sin duda me volvería a hospedar en este hotel :)

Personnel très gentil, site magnifique. Le seul point à améliorer serait le déjeuner, il n’y a vraiment pas grand chose, même pas de beurre pour mettre sur les toasts. Nous avons passé un très beau séjour.

Holbox isla paradisiaca de las más bellas del mund

Holbox es un lugar increíble, este hotel está excelente rumbo a Punta Mosquito, pero cerca también del centro, a pie, puedes ir a ambas partes, sus dos Albercas al aire libre, están bellas, aunque nadie las usa porque estás frente a una playa de las más bellas y paradisíacas del mundo, el Servicio en la playa en alberca, o en el restaurant es muy bueno como siempre el trato de los mexicanos, Super amable, me encanta México

We stayed in The pool but waiters were too busy on their phones to bring drinks or sweep the pool area with little sharp berries that hurt when stepped on. Pretty sure we had bed bugs and thought it was sand fleas. Till we got sick at a restaurant in town and had to spend 24 hours in bed sick. Then we knew it was bed bugs. When we asked for even toast to eat when we started getting better they refused because it was not on the reg means wanted us to wait till the next breakfast??? When they clearly had sandwich and hamburgers on the daily menu! Finally brought us some after begging and it took an hour to make toast when our room was next to the kitchen??? Then charged us 200 pesos for some toast for sick guest!!!! When I asked for the manager they said to wait till the next day at 9 am. So at 7 am we checked out and found a different hotel.
