「Ill start by saying the majority of the staff is too good. Aside from that be back by 10pm or no parking, breakfast was awful tv service from the 90s, pillows were the worst.」

「I tried adding a room at the front desk and was told it would be $489 but checked online and booked it for under $300. Found a roach on my room door, the sink in our room didn’t drain. The shower water and bathtub floors feel slimy. The pool says it’s heated but it’s freezingggg. 」

「There was a cockroach in the wall of our room. While the staff were setting up the extra bed, the cockroach crawled back into the wall, and no one acknowledged it or apologized. I had originally booked a double queen room, but instead of moving us to the correct room or relocating us, an extra bed was brought in from the hallway where it was stored with other items and squeezed into the room. We waited a very long time for the bed to be set up.The maintenance staff who handled the bed were kind...

「This I can describe as a place or a lot of people stay long-term and hang out outside their rooms or in the parking lot. The dumpster was overflowing garbage everywhere. There’s no ice machine. There was no remote for the TV in the office closes at 10 PM so there was nobody that could help to bring a TV remote. Also there was two of us in the room and there was one towel one wash rag and a filthy bathmat no hand towels the bedding was like sheets and very uncomfortable bad I would not recommend...

「I arrived after 3 and my room was not ready, not a big deal so they can make sure it’s clean. It wasn’t. There was a penny and all kinds of debris around the toilet, brown smears on the wall near the toilet paper, parts of the wall and shower were coming off onto the floor. They advertised they had a gym, which was why I booked it, and it’s completely gone. I have kindly requested a refund and have not heard anything back. 」
