10/10 Excellent

"I loved staying here! I came to do diving at the dive shop on site and it was perfect. The room was AMAZING and massive! The shower was so perfect and I had an amazing view of the beach. They have an all inclusive option but decided not to do it bc was out all day with diving. The restaurant on site was really good for dinner, and also tried breakfast one of the mornings. The hotel beach is sooo pretty, and you can watch the sunset from there, and you can also snorkel with lots of colorful fish! The dive shop was great, the guys there were really good and helpful, very nice and experienced dive masters and just overall a good time! I felt safe the whole time. Def recommend staying here if you want to go diving in Cozumel. I can’t wait to come back!"

"This was a very nice (adult only) all inclusive resort. My only criticism would be for the cost involved the property could use some updating. Nothing major, or deal breakers. The staff is wonderful, and the on-site dining options are very good. The beach is ok, but not quite as nice as some of the resorts I’ve stayed at in Cancun. But, I will say Cozumel is a lot less hectic and crowded than its sister city across the waterway. And the airport is also much less to deal with. It’s so small they don’t even have jetways. You just do it old-school and walk up the stairs into your airplane. Customs and passport control, same thing. If you do stay at Secrets, I would recommend you spend a little more and go with the rooms where you can just walk out your private patio and get into the pool. The pool is very nice and with low lighting. After it gets dark you can sneak in a discreet skinny-dip if you’re so inclined."

"We stayed here to celebrate my daughter’s 9th birthday. We had a good time, just not a great time. This is our first time staying on the island this long. We are used to staying in all-inclusive resorts in Cancun and Playa Del Carmen. That said, my expectations were a little high. The activities were very minimal compared to what we experienced before. I don’t want to talk badly about the hotel cause my daughter had a good time overall, I just wanted a bit more. I may not stay here again, but if we do, for lesser amount of days, we stayed 7 days."

"Beautiful resort , everything was perfect . A lot of things to do with kids . Amazing views , food and activities . The only thing that we didn’t like at all was that our flight was at 12:30pm , airport was at 45 to 1 hour distance and they schedule our pick up ( with no other option ) at 7:00am , my kids could a had breakfast cause everything opens at 7 . We were at the airport for 4 hours because of that ."
