「The resort is amazing, the food, the atmosphere, the entertainment... everything was wonderful. The only thing we didn't like is at the time of our stay the ocean happened to have very strong waves, not sure if we were just lucky like that but oh well, the water temperature in the ocean was perfect. Wish the towel dropoff would stay open till 8 when the pool closes. Would totaly come back one day!! Highly recommend. 」

「It’s been a long time since I’ve been to Mexico & all inclusive and this trip was beyond amazing. The food options were phenomenal as were the drink options. The property always had events daily all the while trying to keep you engaged. Pools were great! Upon arriving staff was PHENOMENAL! Pepe was great with letting me know immediately upon arrival what to expect. The only thing I wish there was more of was music at the pool, this would be a great addition for guests to enjoy their time...

「The property is very clean and the staff is very friendly. The beach is amazing with the ability to walk quite far on a shoreline. When you get to the hotel, make sure to make dinner reservation for their evening restaurants because they are amazing. We really liked the Asian and Mediterranean ones. Rooms get cleaned twice a day which is nice. One thing we didn't like was a buffet with small food options and it's the same every day. I wish we were told that we could eat at the restaurants...

「I liked the access to multiple pools, restaurants and beach. The grounds are well kept and so are the rooms. Service was excellent and every member of the staff was super friendly and nice. Food was acceptable for breakfast, lunch and dinner, but not great. 」

「Cannot recommend this hotel enough. We reserved a roulette room in La Perla and were given a free upgrade to a lagoon view junior suite in the reserve, along with a thoughtful anniversary display. The staff are all friendly and go out of their way to provide excellent service. I have never seen such happy workers! The resort was lovely and very clean, except for the beach which was full of piles of seaweed. However, this is a common problem with Cancun and we did go somewhat during seaweed...

「Staff was very friendly, rooms spotless and extremely spacious, views from the rooftop were pretty, rooftop pools and area were fantastic, parking was easy. Only downsides were wifi was very weak and spotty, shower was a good temperature but didn’t not get hot hot, and no hair dryer in the room so you would have to call for one. Other than that, this is a place I would definitely come back to.」
