"Staff was great as always! Rooms were nice and the maids were very attentive! Breakfast was good. Dinner buffet was eh, but the mexican theme night at the buffet was really good. Nice pools and nice beach even though the beach was drawn back due to the hurricane a few years ago. All in all i would recommend this to anyone who wants to stay in cozumel. The island is a gem!"

"Top to bottom one of the best reports we’ve stayed at. Their hospitality from check-in until check-out was OUTSTANDING. Christina at check-in went out of her way to make us feel welcome. The porter who helped with our bags was so kind and thorough showing us around our room and where everything was. The cleanliness from our room to the common areas is the resort was top notch. Fantastic stay!"

What truly sets this hotel apart is the inclusion of a guided activity each day, such as cycling, dune buggy adventures, snorkeling, kayaking, beach outings, and historical museum visits, which puts the resort head and shoulders above others. The hardworking and courteous staff made an immediate and lasting impression. Gabriel and Edwin in the restaurant, Miguel at the pool, and Aaron at the beach provided exceptional service, while Ariel, Nestor, and Daniel, our knowledgeable and enthusiastic guides, made each activity especially memorable. My wife and I will most definitely be returning."
