"We absolutely loved our experience here. The hospitality was exceptional, and every staff member we encountered was warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. The hotel is incredibly kid-friendly, which made our stay so easy and enjoyable as a family. We especially loved how beautifully nature is incorporated into the design and layout of the property—it feels peaceful and thoughtfully done. Seeing the friendly wild animals around the hotel was such a unique and special touch. Truly an unforgettable stay, and we can’t wait to come back."

"Outstanding service! From the beginning to the end. We had an amazing trip thanks to the wonderful staff and great hotel accommodations. The food was amazing at all the restaurants. The parks were amazing and the all around vibe had us wanting to stay longer. Be warned the hotel is huge, which leads to aot of walking. On one of the park days my wife sustained a small sprain and on the way back to our room Osvaldo noticed us. He assited my wife to a place to sit and called a medic to help. Both the medic and Osvaldo were extremely caring and kind. We want to give them a huge thank for going above and beyond. It really helped us enjoy the rest of our time there."

"Everything was amazing! Juanita, who was the housekeeping staff was perfect, she was friendly, sweet and worked so hard! We were so thankful for her. We do not have enough kind words to say.
The entire staff at the resort was absolutely amazing! Edgar and Quenan of the Funtastic team became such good friends! Teaching us Spanish, making brackets, trying to make us do Zumba and Volleyball! It was so much fun.
Alfredo and Joy of the food and drink staff were incredible also. We will forever have our memories of these wonderful people and are so glad we spent our vacation with them! We will be coming back! "
