「Had to move rooms 3 times. First one at no bathtub, which we requested ahead of time. Second room was by the large pool where you could here the boom boom of the bass through the wall. Ended up spending another $630 to get a room in the quieter "Preferred" area. This room was pretty nice. The rooms around the large pool only have a closet for clothes, with just a few hangers. No chest of drawers. Really silly. The preferred room was a bit better for clothes, but still not ideal. This...

「Such a fun place to stay. There are two pools, lots of trees and a Palapa with chairs and a hammock to cool out in. It’s very relaxing and beautiful and away from all of the busy tourist stuff.」

Desde nuestra llegada tuvimos problemas con el elevador de la villa asignada originalmente, por lo que nos cambiaron de habitación. Sin embargo, para nuestra sorpresa, el elevador de la nueva villa tampoco funcionó durante toda la semana, lo cual fue bastante incómodo. 「Amazing hotel, with an amazing staff. I have never stayed at a hotel where the entire staff was so helpful, accommodating, pleasant and friendly. My room was on the 4th floor and had a terrific view of the pier where the cruise ships came in, but was just far enough away so as not to be inundated with ship passengers.
