「I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.」

「We stayed here because we needed a place to sleep after a show at casino rama. The room was clean, the staff was very friendly. Coffee was available when we woke up and the price was very reasonable. There were several restaurant options within 2 km of the hotel. If you are looking for luxury accommodations this is not the place for you. But if you are looking for a clean, affordable place to stay, the Knights Inn exceeded my expectations.」
