"The front desk staff is always great, extremely accommodating and always willing to help if possible. In saying that, the cleanliness of our room this time was questionable. We had our toddler with us and quite honestly I wasn’t even comfortable letting him run around on the floor given the built up dirt and debris and just… stuff all along the edges of the room. I won’t even go into details about the stains on furniture. Yuck. They’re also doing construction in rooms that were close to ours, which doesn’t necessarily help with dust etc but extra time and care should be going into the nearby rooms so it doesn’t affect other guests. (We also heard zero noise, but it was a weekend so they wouldn’t have been working) Overall we love the hotel and have stayed a few times now, as we will continue to in the future - hopefully with some further cleaning routines it will be a 10/10 next time!"

"Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. The grounds were beautiful. Breakfast was good. The only thing that felt dated were carpets in the room. We much prefer laminate flooring that can be properly cleaned. Everything else was amazing. Would definitely recommend this hotel. "

"Excellent stay. The Inn and the rooms are beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. The location is wonderful. Amenities are great (kayaks, canoes, stand up paddleboards and fire pits). But mostly the hosts, Dave and Steph, are most gracious and very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was very good too"
