「Nice friendly staff, great value」

「My 1st review was removed and the property telephoned me on my private cell phone to basically "tell me off" - contravening the privacy policy of Expedia. The property itself was fine. The suite was clean, spacious, nicely furnished, and very quiet. My only concern was this hotel had no staff and no office. 「This place was terrible. The pullout mattress wasn't fit for my dog. They say it sleeps four but the mattress was not only terrible they didn't provide an extra blanket. We arrived about 30mins before the office was supposed to close coming to find out no one operates the office and the phone number didnt work.
