「The breakfast area was to small. Being out of season the outdoor seating area was closed.」

「I always like to stay here at TownPlace Suites when I come to the outer Banks. I love staying here whether its the studio suites or 1 bedroom suite. Everything is good there. I like the fact there is a kitchen area. The breakfast is good. The kitchen staff are always friendly.」

「Honestly with the previous reviews I was expecting something really good going there. The hotel was super dirty, stains in the shower, hair all over the shower, hair all over the “clean towels”, floor was filthy and had to wear shoes inside to not get dirty. The room its self has not been maintained properly in years it’s like they have given up due to knowing people will book. Think before booking.」

「Great location and very clean. The vibes were just a little off. The check-in was someone on an iPad from their home. They had signs everywhere about getting toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc if needed but when asked, it was a problem. We needed an extra towel for our room and it was a 30-minute, three-person process. But overall very good!」

「I did not feel that certain things met Wyndham standards.We had a ceiling tile hanging in the bathroom. One of the quilts had two tears in it.The mattresses needed replacing. The staff was polite. We loved the location.」

「Place is run down with nasty and smelly carpet in rooms. Only 1 of the elevators was working and it quit more than once on us. Bathroom was outdated and black growth on tub walls and the tub faucet was bent badly. Tub was so old that you can't have both feet flat on the bottom, this was a challenge for me. We will never stay here again.」

「It was such a pleasure meeting Bill and Veda during our stay! They were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us a delicious breakfast each morning and even packing up extra fruit for us to take to the beach, which was such a thoughtful touch. The place itself is beautiful, cozy, and made us feel right at home. For our first visit to the Outer Banks, we truly couldn't have picked a better place to stay.
