This was a great place to stay especially being on the ocean front. It was quiet, relaxing, and the breakfast was spot on. Star was very courteous and helpful along with the maintenance staff when our shower head malfunctioned. The maintenance person was there in 10 minute!!

Property had a big private dog run that was well maintained. The rooms were clean and the view was fantastic! The staff was friendly. Will definitely stay here again.

The directions to get here needs to state whether your on the north or south side of the street. Other than that we were good with the rest.

The pool wasn’t open but other hotel pools were. The water was turned off for a couple of hours(about 4 each day, 11am to 1/2pm, each day) the staff are helpful, the place was a MESS because they had plumbers there fixing pipes- to which I was told before hand otherwise I would have stayed elsewhere. Overall VERY disappointed in my stay.

The phone randomly rang multiple times throughout the night. Rooms require general maintenance (locks, door seals, shower heads, etc). Pool was closed with no notice when booking.

Room for the most part was clean and comfortable. The window was very dirty however and since this was an ocean front room, we were hoping for a clearer view of this amenity. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. We had to use two different elevators to access our room on the fourth . There was some type of plumbing work being done in the hallways and the walls were torn up and pipes exposed. Carpeting in the hallways and the stairwells were very sandy.

The ceramic floor is excessively sticky and produces noise when walking on it. Furthermore, the air vent in the room is very loud, making it difficult for us to sleep comfortably at night.
