"The hotel was so close to downtown Manteo. The town had excellent dining options and shopping. And the neighborhood around the hotel was great for taking a walk. "
"I’ve stay here twice. It is a perfect couples romantic getaway. Our only issue was our tv remote volume didn’t work properly. It was never fixed during our stay. Since there is no one on site at all times there is a possibility if something comes up they may not correct it in a timely manner."

TownePlace Suites by Marriott Outer Banks Kill Devil Hills
10/10 Excellent
"The hotel was very clean, and the staff was friendly. I really liked that the beach was just across the street, and that the hotel had a beachfront building with restrooms, showers, pool, and a snack bar."
"It looks old given the name "colonial" Inn. Easy access from roads. Free parking right next to your room. Atlantic Ocean is right behind the property. So it was easier to walk to the beach. Person incharge checking in was polite and friendly. Summer here is very crowded but it was a peaceful room to rest and sleep. Price was much reasonable than other fancy options in the area."
"What a gem of a place. The care and attention that the staff give you is over and beyond. Pristine rooms nicely decorated, great location, safe and friendly. Can’t say enough about this charming motel/guest house."
