The property is very conveniently located and the staff is nice. The rooms are tiny and offer absolutely no convenience. There is not a hairdryer in the room and the bathroom and rooms are tiny and unless you book ocean front there is no balcony or anywhere to hang up wet clothes. The vending machines were broken so there isn’t anywhere to get something to drink. No daily cleaning service. Overall we wouldn’t stay here again.

Wer es gerne rustikal mag, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Das Brett ist sehr gut, die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Personal ist super nett und alles ist eher familiär. Leider war ziemlich viel Sand im Zimmer und am ersten Morgen musste ich einen nicht eingegangenen sechsbeinigen Mitbewohner entfernen. Ansonsten haben wir uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Overall we had a wonderful stay and will definitely stay again. We got an ocean front room and this place is literally on the beach, can't get any closer so that was awesome! Only negative and this is no fault to the property itself, our upstairs neighbors would get up super early like before 5am and you could hear them walking back and forth nonstop all morning like they were training for a 5k or something. Outside of that we had a wonderful stay and can't wait to return!

We really enjoyed staying at the property at the property. My suggestion anyone that goes to stay there should stay in the ocean front rooms on second or third floor. We stayed a number 17 in which we enjoyed the only complaints that we have is that the walls were very thin we could hear our neighbors at all times. What we didn’t care for was the windows didn’t have a screen on it so we could hear the ocean at night like we would like too! The only other complaint we had was a water pressure at different times was not was not to our liking! The place was very clean. We would definitely go back and stay there again and the staff was wonderful.

Total bait and switch! Pictures show a really nice place that appears to have more space like a suite. In truth this is not a cute boutique, but a painted MOTEL! No amenities really. No bars of soap for the shower, no blow dryer, no tissue, and room cleaning and services are only upon request. People playing loud music in the common area doors that stick. Couldn’t even close the bathroom door really. Bathroom was so small basically had to stand in the shower to swing the door open and closed. It’s a good thing they have a policy of no refunds, otherwise they would be out of business!

This place is excellent. Front desk is on top of their game. Nicely done vintage remodel, brand new paint. Great location in nagshead. Not hard/unsafe to pull in and out. Plenty of amenities. Spacious, affordable, cooled, clean and not damp rooms. Right around the corner from crucial obx points of interest. Beds were clean and comfy. We will be back.

The short, 1 minute walk to the beach was great. Didnt use the pool since it was across the street behind a building. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Would recommend and would stay again.

What a great place to stay in OBX. Conveniently located to highway amd beach. Studios are great and have everything you need. Just show up Instacart and go!! Recently renovated in a “basic modern” beach vibe! You literally walk onto the beach from one side and walk across the street for the other. Owners are very friendly and helpful. I reported a small problem and it was fixed within an hour! The air conditioning in the rooms will quell any “hot flash” it is amazing!!!!!!!! I almost needed an extra blanket.

The room we rented was very dirty. The bathroom smelled like urine that was so strong you can smell it across the room. It was very disgusting. The shower was so small you had to turn it off to use soap and then turn it back on to rinse off. I did not feel comfortable staying there at all. The employees were very nice however.
