「We needed a late check in and called the Seabrook about 7pm, the lobby was going to be closed at 11 and since we arrived around midnight im glad we called and they were very accommodating. Continental breakfast was simple and hit the spot. We have stayed here multiple times when visiting UNH. Convenient to highway and a typical motor lodge experience.」

「The hotel was under construction. Very dangerous, a construction worker dropped a Metal pole from the second floor and almost hit my husband on the head.We were packing our car prior to check out. No advance warning was given about construction above us.Witnessed by foreman who said they were trying to beat the memorial day weekend rush. Not acceptable. Reported to front desk staff on check out.」

「We always have a great stay here, clean rooms, comfortable beds, easy parking! The staff is amazing and helpful with anything you need! They always give us great recommendations of where they like to eat! I always say when traveling ask a local and we have not been disappointed in anywhere they’ve recommended! The pool is bath water warm and felt wonderful, and the air conditioning works great! The property is very quiet!」

「Very friendly and helpful staff. Rustic, but spotless and had everything we needed. Assigned a parking spot just for us which was very helpful. We were here for an event at Wally's across the street. The Kitterey outlets are a 20 minute drive. Could not ask for a better location. Would definitely book again if in the area. 」

「We checked in. And they said we were all set. Then two hours later they called me and said “we have you the wrong key to the wrong house” when we walk back to the check in they tell us because of they’re mistake they took all of our stuff in the rooms and moved it to the other room, then they also found our car keys and moved our car. And they did all this without telling or asking us first. The photos on the website come from multiple different locations. And you don’t know wich location you...

「The motel is ok, probably fine for a summer place to be near the beach. It was fairly cold when we checked in and apparently the rooms we were put in have no heat. So we had to ask the front desk for space heaters, which they happily brought and did keep the place very warm. It's no frills, but the bed was comfortable enough and it was close to Wally's where we were going, so it did the job for us just fine.」
