「This place was at a convention location fir the activities I had planned; however, not ONCE they made an attempt to clean the room. I had booked a room with 2 queen beds and that was helpful as I switched beds during my stay. When I asked the front desk how often they clean the rooms they said every other day but they were very short handed and asked if I needed anything. 「Pros: The issue with the air conditioning was addressed fairly quickly, and the on-site handyman did an excellent job. The proximity to Newburyport was also a major plus. Cons: While the room appeared tidy, it wasn’t as clean as expected. The property is located directly behind a very loud restaurant/bar, making it quite noisy, and the surrounding area wasn’t particularly appealing. Considering the price, it was disappointing overall. 「The room was comfortable but there was clearly someone smoking in a room nearby. The front desk said they checked for me, but could only offer us a bottle of febreeze for the smell. The breakfast was very limited. Hard to walk anywhere without having to cross a highway. I picked it for the outdoor pool. It was raining I couldn't use it (obviously not there fault) but there were significantly cheaper places around that would have been equal in amenities, other than the outdoor pool.」

「I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The room was very clean, the location was excellent and convenient, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I truly enjoyed my stay and would gladly return.」

「Easy to locate; desk staff member was professional and personable. Room was ready prior to check-in time. Room had a musty smell and needed updates; bathroom definitely needed update - floor and walls needed cleaning; TP roll and toilet seat needed repairs. Continental breakfast was just that - very limited items to choose from. 」
