"Really enjoyed the location. Easy to walk everywhere I wanted to around downtown Portsmouth. Also, my room was just what I needed for a few days away from it all. Definitely going back. The common rooms look inviting for a winter's getaway."

"This is an amazing property in a great location. Short walk to town, 2 pools/jacuzzis, and a great pool bar. But what sets this property apart from others is the staff. They are wonderful and are truley commited to the customers. They go out of their way to ensure you have an amazing stay!"

"My stay was horrible and staff didnt care. It took 15 minutes for night clerk to tespond to my calls to check in. He told me he was helping a guest in a room but came down hallway chewing a mouth full of food. Room was filthy. Lights didnt work. Bed linens were not changed. No coffee or breakfast as advertised. When i requested additional coffee packets night clerk told me i got was in the room. Front doors were locked after i checked in. That was super scary. Desk vlerk in morning was on phone on a personal call when i went to check out and continued conversation with me standing in front of her. The parking lot is full of debris and poor lighting. Overall i pretty.much would have been more comfortable and safe if i had stayed on my car instead. I seriously advise you not to stay there!"
