Only one functioning elevator meant longer waits sometimes. €60 euro Spa fee for pool use by my guests, a source of irritation. Didn’t like this nor the way it was handled by the staff. I’d call it an okay 4 star experience. Definitely not 5 star. Value was okay. Probably wouldn’t rush back here, being honest."

"The Sorat Berlin is the perfect hotel. It is very reasonably priced, very close to Wittenberg platz U Bahn. Many shops are nearby including the famous KaDeWe. As, well as many places to get food. I have mobility issues and that's a big factor in the Sorat being the perfect hotel for me. The hotel was renovated in 2021 I believe. It is light and airy, spotless and the staff are lovely and extremely helpful. You even get a free coffee and croissant for breakfast. This was my 3rd stay and I will definitely be back."
