Ideal for my stay,staff were helpful and friendly, however there was an attempt to scam my son, when someone put there sauna, food and drink onto his room, not sure how yhis could happen in this day and age, person claimed to know us, and asked for there purchases to be put on iur room? Very nice stay, but the mattresses..

Very nice place. Beautiful surroundings and friendly people who’s working there! The mattresses on the other hand were way to hard to sleep on. But in general it’s was a very nice stay with my family.

My first time at the intercontinental. Staff were wonderful, very helpful at every opportunity. Check in process was quick and easy and my room was stunning. Definitely a big fan of the intercontinental in Berlin. Will stay again for sure.

The equipment in the room is a bit old. Switch for the shower head and bath tap was hard to control and water leaked. The breakfast restaurant was really crowded when there were conferences. I was asked to share a table… Air con in the room works well. I really like the smell of the shower gel and shampoo. Convenient and safe location. Service was ok.
