The hotel is located very convenient to public transportation. Rooms are a little dated with little in room amenities. Could use a little revamp. Air conditioner not so great. But front desk was accomdating and got a better room with proper AC.

2nd time staying here. Excellent hotel with modern amenities. Love the pool and spa in the basement. Mahmet at the front desk really saved the day by providing me with a universal converter free of charge. Excellent customer service and so appreciated. Will definitely recommend and stay again.

Overall good hotel with a great swimming pool. Unfortunately, the sauna was under renovation. AC in our room did not work and the beds were not the best ones. Staff was friendly and the rest of the hotel very nice atmosphere.

Stayed here for the Christmas Markets and sight seeing. Definitely recommend. Lovely large suite room, two bathrooms and lots of closets to put clothes away for the week. Breakfast was great, staff friendly and good location.
