「Convenient for business travelers but not for family. Although my stay included breakfast it wasn’t really what I expected.」

「The room was clean, cozy and had all the essentials. Downtown Rockport was within walking distance. We had a great time and would definitely stay again! 」

「The hotel itself is very clean and in a great walkable area. Close to a number of good restaurants and great bars. Even a few secret spots if you know who to ask. The only problem I had was with the front desk announcing my room number in the lobby. That should NEVER be done for safety reasons, especially as a sometimes solo traveler. Please address this with the staff. If you have written it down on the key card it doesn't need to be said out loud.」

「23:00 fire alarm rings, everybody rushed out! Then the next morning 7:30 fire alarm rings again. But the hotel didn’t give any explanations!」

「The lobby staff was very nice and friendly. The noise from the highway and other customers went right through the walls from 2-4am. Other than that, it was newly renovated yet provides no coffee (although there is a DD across the parking lot that opens at 4 am). 」

「The family who owns this Motel was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Hampton Beach is know for its lackluster Motels, NOT this place! It might not look like much from the outside but the room was updated, the bed was very very comfortable, mini fridge, microwave, no gross carpets. Smells nice. The bedding smells very nice as well and high quality. Its a block off the main drag so its quiet which is a plus! More than worth the price. You really get what you pay for in this area.
