"The woman at the front desk was amazing and welcoming, however, we noticed that they were understaffed. The hotel smelled overwhelmingly like cigarette smoke (even though it is non smoking) and mildew. The blanket had holes burned into them and the pillows smelled of mildew as well. The floor made my feet very dirty and oily. It was not cleaned properly at all. The hallway carpet and lift were very disgustingly dirty and were not vacuumed.
