「The room was comfortable and the restaurant on site was excellent. We were disappointed to find out there was no pool or hot tub at our location.」

「Room was clean but in need of maintenance. The bathroom door didn’t close properly and the sink didn’t drain. The sidewalk of the hotel was also in need of repair. I felt it was overpriced. It is however, in a good location.」

「My reservation was not found. At first Sanilla (not sure of spelling) was not friendly at all. She turned it around after my husband and I killed her with kindness. Also the young girl at the pool could be kinder to the guests. Was disappointed in Expedia/Steele hill about the reservation mixup. Hope it does not happen again! 」

「Felt tricked being on second floor with elevator only to find there was a huge staircase to climb after we arrived on second floor with all our suitcases. No mention when room was given. Our four bags weighed a ton and no ramp to roll them so we had to carry up one at a time. Ridiculous.」

「It was clean and close to our activities. Good place to rest your head and grab a shower. However, for the price, you would expect more than half a roll of toilet paper and towels bigger than hand towels. There was no staff there at night or in the morning to help with anything. Overall, it did the job for a place to stay for one night.」

「Great communication prior to check in. Room was comfy and cozy. Had everything we needed. Assumed we were booking one of the cabins, but ended up across the road at the motel portion. That was a little misleading. Overall a great stay.」

「Its a family friendly friendly resort with good amenties for a long week stays. All tge attractions around Laconia, NH are under 10 minutes drive from this reaort which makes it more attractive.」
