「Great, congenial staff. Really liked having access to a washer and dryer. Pool and hot tub were in working order, though I was not able to enjoy due to really early closing hours. Rooms were great.」

「4/5 stars. Would stay again. Pros: - GREAT location; easy walk to Fenway. - Beautiful building w/ nice modern clean interior. Cons: - Ownership utilizes a 3rd-party mgmt platform; this made me nervous, as I've had poor experiences in the past with a property listed on Hotels.com but using a 3rd-party platform for signatures and payments. During the aforementioned poor experience, Hotels.com reps initially told me that this was not allowed, and that I should make no payments off Hotels.com....

「Devin or Devon front desk and Eric our maintenance person were both very pleasant. Eric and the front desk on Saturday night was so wonderful sending us batteries to my daughter and son-in-law so that my granddaughter could enjoy two days of bubbles. This resort really cares about their customers. We had a great time.」

「This is definitely not a "resort" - the description was very misleading. It's this weird place where individual people own the "units" and the front office organizes stays. The front office wanted personal information which I was not comfortable sharing- they are probably going to spam me with sales calls forevermore. The floor in my unit was utterly disgusting- black sticky stuff that made the bottom of my white slippers black. All of the units face a parking lot, and there is nothing...

「Love everything! From the beautiful retro room to the heated floors in the bay to the comfy bed. We love the decor and we need some relaxing time. Wife and I wish it was warmer to see the property and water views but it was cold! Maybe we come back in the summer 」
