「amazing first time in PR aire de olives team was very accommodating, i had to give points off because they don’t have microwaves in their rooms and i purchased a birthday package that wasn’t set up when i arrived but they quickly made sure it was set up while we were exploring PR. those two minuscule hiccups were overshadowed by how safe we as two women felt on and around the property and the kindness we received from the team! will definitely consider booking again when staying in the isla...

「The pool and bar area was great. The beach, not the best. The lobby is also very pretty and misleading. At check in, we weren't given any information regarding the amenities or property at all. The room looked VERY old and out dated with dirty carpet and a bad smell. The refrigerator (which was actually a "chiller") and coffee maker were in the bathroom. No microwave to warm food. One the of drawers had a dirty/smelly bed sheet stuffed in it. We only had 1 towel for 3 guests. The room cleaning...

「Overall, I had a great stay at the Fairmont. The only downside was that my room had a strange smell, and the bathroom exhaust fan wasn’t working. Other than that, everything was excellent. The amenities were wonderful, the beach was beautiful, and the staff was friendly and attentive throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.」
