「I needed a place to lay my head. Mainstream inn was clean and comfortable. As a solo female, I felt safe there. I’m not one to need very many amenities. I typically don’t go to the breakfasts. There is none here, so it’s not a big deal for me. If you’re looking for fancy amenities, move on. 」

「If you are into throwbacks with some upgraded amenities then this place is for you. It sits in a beautiful little town and you can imagine how it was at the turn of the century. We can’t say enough about this place from the price to the bed. Best mattress we have ever stayed on. We will be returning at some point and look forward to it until we do. Highly recommend.」

「This place is a gem! We were not expecting this place to be so awesome! The views were beautiful and peaceful! The bar was outside (covered) and open from 6-11pm! They had live music one evening which was cool! The staff was friendly and the rooms were very clean and spacious! Get a balcony, it was worth it!」

「Breakfast was okay, powdered eggs. Pool was weird, but I don't know if it was due to an earlier incident of a kid stepping on an earring and was overdosed, or what. We were told it was a salt water pool, but it was definitely chlorine and salt. Which is another type of pool treatment, but water was very cloudy. Our room was awesome and had a nice view of the creek out back below the hotel.」

「I guess you get what you pay for. Staff was great but room was in need of a refresh. Mirror frame in bathroom is damaged, sofa cushions were stained really bad, so much so that we wouldn’t even use it. AC kicked to low at night and we had to keep getting up to turn down the temp as it got really hot which is odd for first week of May. The worst however was waking up in the middle of the night and the pillows really smelled terrible, all of them. Not sure how we missed it when we went to bed, but...

「Hotel was very basic. Room with kitchenette had no pots, pans, or utensils. Room had no wash rags or towels. No shampoo or conditioner or body wash. No hair dryer or ironing board or iron」

「Very clean and nice room. Bathroom was nice and well stocked. Has Dove products for use. Nice comfy king size bed. Dark out curtains that actually do their job. My only complaint is the pillows could be a little firmer. Also my number one complaint was one of the janitors was mopping the entrance when we arrived. We carefully walked around but a crowd of people walked in behind us, which caused him to drop the mop and exclaim “G-d dammit” and walk away. Not cool at all. 」
