「I can not say enough about how helpful the staff was at our arrival. We had been traveling all day and there was a misunderstanding regarding which room I had reserved. The gentleman at the desk was a great help and did everything to help get us settled in for the night. Thank you for going above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and settled in!」

We were tired and asked for a discount or for them to extend our stay. They refused. And they also didn’t have other rooms available.
