I had to moved three times due to the first room AC not working properly, the second room had a heavy cologne smell like the previous guest possibly wasted or busted a bottle somewhere on the carpet. 「My husband has a neck injury and balance issues. The elevator was out for service and there were no lower floor rooms at first. When the desk employee called the manager we got a saved room on the bottom floor. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned recently and there was mold in the shower. We paid extra for 2 Queen beds and had to take a King bed. It was the circumstances with the elevator that made the stay less than expected.
