「I have traveled to quite a few places in the world, but the hospitality at this hotel was some I have ever received. The staff were incredibly attentive to all our needs and especially good with our small children. I cannot recommend this place enough」

「The staff at Sleep Inn were unprofessional and unkind. They told my 8-year-old daughter that the noise from the neighbors was merely them “doing their business,” as if loud lovemaking was acceptable. When we asked to be moved to a room without a connecting door—especially after the neighbor had smashed our wall—they discouraged us from calling the police. Instead, by saying we cannot guarantee not connection door, what's most, they relocated us to a room directly below that same noisy couple,...

「The older black female at the desk with the short hair and the mustache was very rude she saw me and my fiancé at the desk and went to the back for an hour after we made eye contact and didn’t come back when we called for assistance to check in」

「Breakfast was very limited. They ran out of items at 0830 and refused to replenish them even though the they still had over an hour left!!! Otherwise it was ok.」

「Some issues with the room such as the nightstand drawers would not stay shut which was really annoying & various stains in the carpet. The kitchen area is less than desirable.」

「The room was clean beds were comfortable. The walls are thin as paper very noisy couldn’t sleep. A child was running in the room above us at 5am. Sounded like someone was moving furniture at all hours of the night. We stayed there to rest up for the rest of our drive. Would not recommend if you want to rest or sleep. Did not like not having someone at the front desk. Had to download there app. to check out which didn’t work. Had to wait til 8am til someone came in to call to and check out.」
