「The lady that checked us in was wonderful. The room was very clean and spacious. However, breakfast/service was terrible. We went down for breakfast literally 15 minutes after they opened. There were only a few people there at the time. The buffet was completely out of bacon, potatoes and sausages and what was left of the eggs were very dried . The property was immaculately clean and all efforts had been made to keep the guests' needs and wants met. We probably will stay at Pleasanton again and we heartily recommend it!! 」

「The Bathroom. The Pretty Room looked like a picture in a Book & it reminded me of Walmart bedding Department. I’m pleasingly pleased to have spent the night. It would be nice if the drapes had weights to avoid being blown up by the Air Conditioner. I was also pleased with breakfast. The food service staff was so friendly. She made my second waffle prettier than the one I poured.Her service was amazing & appreciated. Every issue I thought I had was addressed & solved.」

「The bedding was extremely dirty and unacceptable. The sheets had visible hair and skin flakes on them, making it obvious they had not been changed after the previous guest. The pillows were also filthy, with large sweat stains clearly visible. 」

「Room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast and Dinner was good considering it was included. Can improve on having a bigger dining area. Also, only one elevator was working so waiting for one took a lot of time. We didn't mind walking up and down the stairs. It was a big inconvenience for elderly people. Location was next to a busy road so a good amount of traffic noise but didn't mind it. Overall, positives outweighed the negative. I would definitely stay at this location again.」
