「Very nice prompt, clean and the staff was welcoming. Our only issue was noisy guests in the hallway until after 11. 」

「沒有被事先告知，我被安排accessible room， 浴室沒有乾濕分離，洗完澡浴室地板很濕不方便。早餐應該6am 就開始但6：15也還沒有，因為要趕飛機，不能再等。同事住另一個房間，換了兩次房卡才終於可以打開房門，同事很不高興。」

「We had a short but great stay. We just needed a couple rooms to lay our head down for a few hours before our long flight home. The customer service was outstanding. The young man at the front desk was so polite, courteous and professional. Honestly, the rest of the stay could have been sub par and I would have still been happy because of this young man, but the stay was great overall. Rooms were clean, the nespresso was a nice room touch and the kids had a great time in the pool. Pool isn’t...
