「Kinda run down suite made for a uncomfortable stay. I prepaid otherwise I would have went elsewhere. Good: Evening staff were attentive. Unlimited coffee station. Room - stained couch and mattress you can hear and feel the springs. I covered everything with their extra bedding. Peeling paint is a theme- in your bathtub, and around bathroom. 「I have traveled to quite a few places in the world, but the hospitality at this hotel was some I have ever received. The staff were incredibly attentive to all our needs and especially good with our small children. I cannot recommend this place enough」

I had to moved three times due to the first room AC not working properly, the second room had a heavy cologne smell like the previous guest possibly wasted or busted a bottle somewhere on the carpet. They told my 8-year-old daughter that the noise from the neighbors was merely them “doing their business,” as if loud lovemaking was acceptable. When we asked to be moved to a room without a connecting door—especially after the neighbor had smashed our wall—they discouraged us from calling the police. 「Amazing! Really fitting for the area. Just peaceful and perfect!!!! Also everything is within walking distance so it’s just easy. Would stay again and again.」

「Shower curtains too short. Approx 12” from floor which causes the floor to get extremely wet. This cause a slip hazard and injuries. Please lower the curtains.」

「The room was clean, but televisions and door keys did not work. The reason told to me was that there was a thunder storm the day before and knocked out all the electronics and internet system. I ask for a discount and was told that Expedia would have to do that, because I made my reservation through them and not the hotel.」
