「Room was clean but had a strange smell. Towels were practically see through. Bed was lumpy. Rowdy people above us and no one at desk during the night to take care of the matter. Would not stay there again.」

「We booked a 2 queen bed and paid for it online. We paid that morning. We arrived from Florida at around 12 am (midnight). When we arrived to our room, there was only one bed in there. We were tired and asked for a discount or for them to extend our stay. They refused. And they also didn’t have other rooms available. The staff took about 10 minutes to come to the front, like she was doing something in the back. Expedia called the front desk and COULD NOT GET A HOLD OF ANYONE. Staff was respectful...

「I liked the property and the layout of the room. The big issue for me is the lack of ice. There is one small counter mounted ice maker for the entire hotel. We arrived late on a Saturday on a hot day and wanted some ice for a drink and there was none. The checkout process also seemed a bit slow. You had to review hotel rules on paper and sign off. 「With a reservation number, we were not allowed to stay due to the front desk said they were having an IT problem with their computers. Claimed they could not allow us entry to our reserved room without the computers being able to print out the room keys.
